Default Sutera Kajang - Zen 2 (Worth buy?)
Salam sejahtera kepada ahli forum sekalian..
Saye ingin bertanya, adakah ia merupakan satu pilihan yg tepat untuk membeli rumah di Taman Sutera Kajang (Zen2 - phase 4c&4d)?

Minggu lepas saye ke rumah contoh dan juga melihat rumah sbenar yg telah siap..built quality mmg bagus...rumah nmpk moden..dan built up besar..

Sekiranya rumah ini untuk dijadikan investment, adekah pelaburan yg berbaloi?

developer macamana.... reliable tak??? quality rumah yg telah siap?? berapa jauh dr cheras -kajang expressway

Developer tu saye tak brape sure...MTD group...tapi quality rumah mmg cantek..saye dh pegi masuk sendiri..puas hati.

die betul2 dekat SILK highway exit Sg Balak...so from there to UNITEN dlm 8 minit

Baru tadi g tengok price dia starting 325k,bumi, design moden lawa build up 2200sf .besar woo.....sepadan dgn alam sari yang 388k tuh...saya rasa lebih baik dari seksyen 4 tambahan ( ni lease/h?)

Syilling simen tinggi 12feet, siap provide plaster syilling, free stamping, S&P, MOT dll lain-lain launch start Nov 2009 tapi skrg byk lagi... ntah x berapa cepat laku:...byk lagi unit 4c zen 2 nih....
4D belum launch lagi..price dia 349k

Ada few unit non bumi beli, population heterogenous ( satu malaysia . Dkt dgn SILK tapi bayar tol 2x kalau g putrajaya..jalan nak elak tol ada tapi pusing 2 rumah kedai & kilang & jalan x berapa elok.Tayar mungkin selalu kena ganti
Jem ??? x tau td pegi pkl 10 pagi. tapi dkt dgn Jade Hill Kajang..ada potensi jem akalau ikut non highway....

Allocation sekolah rendah ada tapi belum buat...Phase yang sebelumnya dh ramai org..
rental dlm rm 850 ( kosong kot- ni tanye developer)

siap ???bulan 2011.....

A'kum dre,

Skrg sy duduk d taman sutera sementara tggu rumah baru siap..ada pembetulan skit arr, smua projek di taman sutera freehold..Access road ada lima, jln.Simpang balak, jln Cheras jaya, jln Bukit Angkat, dan jln ke Desa Karunmas, dan Silk H/way (tol RM1)..Mana ada 2 Tol kalo nak ke Putrajaya?? Umah yg duduk skrg ni 1st phase, byk problem tapi yg phase baru neighbour cakap kualiti da improve..Anyway, Zen yg baru pas kunci Dec'09 aritu MP da dlm 330k(selling price dulu RM 249K)..

ko dapatkan peta2 ke tempat ni. nnt kita sekali harung jek..................
aku sendiri pon tak pernah ke sini. apatah lagi Jade Hill.

btw, Jade Hill tak menjadi pilihan ke? developer agak reputable - GAMUDA

Pada sy yg skrg dok d taman sutera dan akan berpindah ke hillpark nanti, lokasi dan jln keluar banyak,sekolah dekat (sekolah menengah tmn sutera dlm peringkat akhir pemilihan),masjid akan naik dlm tahun nie n hypermarket pon dekat..Sales slow mayb dia nyer sales&marketing lembab kot..
