entah aku tgk takdelah best sgt location Alam Impian tuh...but township dia cantikler cam Alam sari gak..tapi hot betul...yg baru2 nih lanch 400++K and 480K++ semua sold out first day...
mungkin sebab jalan direct ke Shah Alam federal highway dah bukak...nanti bila buka jalan direct ke Kemuning -> Kesas...lagilah laku...nak try jugak queue utk canting 2 phase 2 future launch nanti ...hopefully boleh dpt..

aku suggest kalo korang ada duit lebih..baik korang invest kat Alam sari coz future dia maybe jadi mcm setiawangsa dan abang2 dia....aku beli rumah kat alam sari time tu baru 230k..skrg aku tgk average dlm 350k ada org nak jual.tu pun baru 2 tahun.....tu hari ada la agent tetiba call aku tanya ada nak jual rumah tak...aku jwb NO je la..mana nak cari rumah bwh 250k skrg ni....rumah baru launch je sama besar 22X75 pun harga dh 388k (tu pun lepas 7% discount bumi)...masa promo tu hari derang ckp nak buat 2 jalan..1) kat komuter tu 2) kat belah belakang boleh direct terus keluar ke highway..highway mana pun aku tak tau...
lg satu..derang ckp masa serah kunci tu..derang skrg tgh nego ngan Jaya Jusco nak bukak cawangan kat situ...tp aku tak tau skrg mcmana....mana tau..kat keramat/setiawangsa dah ada jusco...maybe later kat alam sari...
nyway It good to buy...kat mana2 pun...beli rumah ma...mana ada rugi...Freehold plak tu...
walaupun org nak jual rm350k tp kena tgk gak brp bank value kan rumah tu..kalu bank cuma value rm300k,so new buyer kena ada cask 50k + 30k downpaymwnt=80k...kita mmg bole letak sebarang hg time nk jual,tp time nk dptkan buyer kuarkan cash banyak bkn senang wooo...
lebih baik buyer beli rumah baru drpd developer yg sudah pastinya menawarkan pakej yg menarik.silap-silap bole dpt 100% loan lg..1 sen x yah kuar...tu pasal setiap kali ada new launching suma sold out je.developer ni otaknya bijak sebijak bijaknya...hehe...
Namun mmg betul beli property ni takde ruginya cuma utk mereka yg menjadi pelabur tegar kenalah bijak memilih mencari property yg mampu memberikan pulangan mengikut target masing2..kena jadi lebih bijak dr developer kot...hehe..
