Sapa2 yg beli 3rd Residence kat Melawati akan tersenyum lebar dan dapat byk daging bila flip.. tak siap lagi, dah naik lebih rm100k dari reger asal. projek ni mmg aku pun tak sangka.. dah la NEGARA jual at rm300 psf, reger tak logik pada masa tu kalau berbanding dengan jiran dia Platinum Victory punya projek at Taman Melati...

Ambik studio jea... last week pergi sign loan document kat sana...studio dah lama habis. yg tinggal 2-3 bilik, tu pun aku rasa tak sampai 10 unit lagi..

Fewina Court ada studio yea.. aku tak tau lak.. baru perasan yg KLMUC ni nama baru utk Cosmopoint... aku rasa College ni yg ambilalih Akedemi TV3...

Nak tambah antara cara paling mudah dan selamat dalam flipping:

Mesti beli fasa 1 dalam development yang banyak fasa.

Bila dah siap jual je pada harga fasa yang seterusnya, selalunya paling kurang beza harga fasa 1 dengan akhir antara 15-30%.

Kalau nak flip nie berape lama masa nak ambik? Yang dah ade experience tu tolong sharekan sket. Kalau ambik 6 bulan ke 1 tahun tu letih gak la unless lepas dah siap terus rentkan. Lepas tu slow2 jual. Kot kalau lepas siap, advertise terus ade orang nak beli tu pon cun gak. Tapi tempat2 mane yang bleh jadi macam nie?

kena percaya konsep rezeki... kalau ada rezeki, dapat la... tapi kenalah jugak buka mata, pasang telinga dan cari info mat.... tak dapat projek ni..ada rezeki kat projek lain.
