on a slightly related matter,
if you buy a house with inflated SNP, do we still have to fork out
the 10% when signing the SNP?

Macam mana kalau rumah lot bumi ? Boleh ke seorang penjual (ni bukan developer) markup SNP ?
Ada apa-apa implikasi undang2 ?
Atau apa kesannya di belakang hari nanti ?

Soklan pertama: shud be no prob.....

Soklan kedua: semua urusan formal kita pakai SNP neyr agreement yg mana dipersetujui oleh seller and buyer..... hanya antara seller ngan buyer ada side agreement yg mentakan harga sebenar (juga telah dipersetujui oleh kedua2 pihak).... mengikut pemahaman saya yg takde latar belakang undang2 ni, saya tak nampak keslahan dr segi undang2...... lagipun selama ni, memang takde masalah pun...... lawyer pun tak pernah kata benda tu salah...... tp, utk kepastian kena tanya lawyer anda......

Soklan ketiga: kedua2 belah pihak bersetuju menandatangani kedua dua agreement (SNP dan side agreement)..... so, saya tak nampak kesan di belakang hari..... again, utk kepastian kena tanya lawyer anda.....
