Saya ada banyak ikan baja. Ingin belajar macamana nak dijadikan pelet. Ada kursus? Tkasih atas bantuan.

hari ni aku berjaya mencipta mesin pellet sendri..... aku sesah mesin abc bapak aku yg rosak tu..... modified ski, ambil moto dan bebahan lain secukup rasa.....

1.kena pakai Chain,
2.Rotation kat pellet keluar - 7 -10 rpm,jadi kena pakai gearbox dan pulley yang sesuai.....
3.Die plate ( muka tempat pellet keluar) - size lubang sama dengan tebal plate = sama,

4.Motor ? = kena ikut saiz pellet ,pellet kecil -motor besar,pelet besar motor kecil .

Tapi......

Jika pakai belting....jika jem, motor tak bakar ....

Formulatain-Process -Mekanikal = kualiti pellet

chain = for a high torque and slow rpm is preferable

belting = can be use for both high torque and high rpm (belting kena sesuaikan samada jenis A,B or C)
