kalau loan amount RM100K and below.. dapat dalam -2.05%..

tapi nak kasitau awal2.. duit lawyer fee and valuation fee kena pay sendiri.. sbb under category non free moving cost..

a aah memang.. actually saya suka letak -1.8% sbb takut bila kuar letter offer tak dapat apa yang dioffer (kalau saya mention -1.85%).. so tahap selamat saya letak -1.8%
