so klu betul ada...jadi tetiap bulan kena bank in (monthly installment + monthly CA service charge)

Salam,
Saya nak bertanya juga.Baru plan nak beli apartment dlm 138k gitu.Untuk downpayment rasa2nya elok ke kita gunakan akaun 2 KWSP?Sebab rata2 tgk perbincangan ni, guna ODASB lagi bagus jek.Mohon advise dari kekawan semua.

ada 2 option :-

1. ada duit = leh guna ODASB

2. takde duit = kena la guna KWSP

errr camner lak kalu keluarkan KWSP tu, masukkan dlm ASB pastu wat OD....lg untung x? ke xbole wat cmtu? nak wat ODASB ni lak,ade limit x bape paling minima smpanan ASB kita?

Try cek ngan affin bank.BLR dia 5.50 ja kalo xsilap n bleh dapat blr-1.8

utk bank mcm cimb yg membenarjkan lawyer fee dimasukkan dlm loan, ada member buat kawtim ngan lawyre supaya bil jadi tinggi sket..... so, capital outlay akan jadi kurang......
