Salam,

Kepada pembekal botol2 plastik, harap dpt bagi contact number. Kalo sape2 kenal pembekal botol jugak amat diharapkan perkhabaran dari korang. Terima kasih...

saje nk gtau harga..tadi baru beli botol..
tapi dari pemborong jelah..sbb xtau kilang kat mana..
350ml = RM 48 = 200botol..
1unit Rm0.24 sen..mahal sgt..
kalau ade jumpe kilang roger2 la saya ea..
ingat nk beli kat kilang gak..dpt murah sket~ (^_^)^_^)

Aku mencarik botol plastik yang kecik 100ml ke bawah. Macam botol vitagen tuh. Target awal2 ni nak dalam 100 - 200 je duluk.

nak tanya member2 bj yg tau jap.kalau nak set up business injection utk produce PET bottle contohnya,berapa agak2 modal yg perlu?kalau x salah,yg mahal acuan dia tu ..selain molding machine ngan acuan ,ada x machine lain yg diperlukan ?

Ade lagi member, ko perlukan pre form dia sebelum buat botol tu. Pre form
dibuat dari injection moulding lepas tu botol dari blow moulding machine. Dua mesin yang berbeza. Biasanya pre form yang std boleh dibeli dan lepas tu penutup dia mcm ner?

Dulu aku ada buat rp dia, kos dalam 200K ~ 250K itu pd taun 2004 skrg
mungkin lebih lagi.

waah nie dah lari topik nie.. hmm xper la.. nak kongsi gak..
dulu ana pernah terlibat dalam bidang mould making dan die casting.. mmg mould tu paling mahal sbb presice btul.. buat pon dalam 2-3 bulan.. mesin dia pon mmg mahal dan bulky.. klau dah ada proper contract dengan customer boleh la paling kurang 5 tahun.. baru balik modal.. my manager pon skrg dah buat sendiri.. tapi dengan share partner tau buat marketing.. so dah siap customer utk 5-10 Tahun..
